As we are a charity that is run by a small number of volunteers, we rely heavily on the help of visitors to help fill our exhibition space with donations. To help us out, we have produced a list of items that we would love anyone to donate so that we can tell the story of the history of the building through the use of these objects.

If you have an item listed below, please pop into Tudor House on either a Wednesday or a Saturday between 10:00 - 16:00 or alternatively, you can email us
.

We require the following:

  • An old-style piano for the pub, to play informally
  • an old pub quoits game
  • bowler, top or other interesting men's hats to wear for events
  • Second World War effects for use with school children - evacuee's cardboard suitcase, ration book, ARP armband
  • Coal Scuttle
  • Gas Masks
  • Tram Driver's Uniform
  • Conductor's Uniform
  • Old Dentist's Chair
